This is the Refund and Return Policy of Giri Australia applies to purchases online from www.giriaus.com. At Giri Australia Online we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase.
We therefore recommend you read our Refund and Return Policy prior to you making a purchase from Giri Australia Online, so you are familiar with our policy on refunds and returns and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
We also recommend you immediately inspect any goods that we deliver to you or that you collected from a Giri Australia store, to ensure you are completely satisfied with the goods, including that the goods are of acceptable quality, and match the description we have provided to you.
Change of Mind
Please choose carefully as refunds are not normally provided where you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection or found the goods cheaper elsewhere. We recommend you carefully preview any orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your order.
Goods Damaged in Transit
If any goods arrive damaged, please contact our customer support as soon as possible. Giri Australia will arrange to have the damaged goods returned to Giri Australia and either arrange for a replacement of the goods, rectify the problem or refund the price to you. Damaged goods must be returned in the condition received by you with all original packaging.Please contact the customer support via e mail.
On acceptance the Refunds will be processed byGiri Australia within 10 days.
Where Giri Australia considers the goods to have wrongly shipped the shipping costs to return the goods will be at Giri's cost. Please contact Customer support for the confirmation.
You may return goods we have delivered to you by mail by contacting our Giri Australia. You may also contact or attend the Giri Australia Store where you collected your goods, or where your goods were despatched from, and Giri Australia will assist you with any return. This may include inspecting the goods, or providing you with a replacement.
