Paramachariar, also known as the Sage of Kanchi or Maha Periyava, refers to Sri Chandrasekarendra Saraswati Swamigal, the 68th Shankaracharya of the Kanchi Kamakoti Peetham. He is highly revered as a spiritual luminary and a saint in India.
