This Lakshmi Sahasranama stotram is widely prevalent among devotees. This part is found in Skanda Purana, during the samvatham (discussions) between Sage Sanatha Kumara and Sage Gargya. It is recommended that this sahasranamam shall be recited on Ashtami, Navami Days or on New Moon days (Amvasya) or on Pournami days. Also recommended for reading on Fridays during early morning hours. By reading the verses on these days, one would get the desires fulfilled. Comes along with Namavali for doing archana.
