Darbasanam

Asanam, the seat used for sitting for performing japam and homam. Darba (Kusha) grass has the power to transmit and retain the energies and vibrations. Sastras recommend the uses of Darba for vedic rituals. Made from Darba grass, this darbasana is usually given as one of the dhanams during spiritual events.
